MGLion Club Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the MGLion Club platform at mglionclub.net, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other means.

These terms should be read alongside the MGLion Club Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific policy.

MGLion Club reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes, but it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use MGLion Club you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or using an account that was registered by someone else.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from MGLion Club under a previous account.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent or immediate family member of an MGLion Club employee where creating a player account would create a conflict of interest.

MGLion Club may request identity verification documents at any stage including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one account on MGLion Club. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances or winnings across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. MGLion Club will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details, failed to log out on a shared device or used an easily guessable password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account registration is free. MGLion Club does not charge a fee to create or maintain a player account in good standing.

All deposits at MGLion Club are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and selected debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Method availability may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may differ depending on the payment method selected. MGLion Club reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts based on account activity, verification status or other internal risk assessment criteria.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the originating institution. MGLion Club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

All funds deposited must be from a payment source that belongs to you. Depositing using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Only deposit funds you are comfortable setting aside for entertainment purposes.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once they have been successfully processed.
• MGLion Club does not charge deposit fees on standard methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds may be credited separately from your main balance and are subject to the Bonuses section of these terms.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to a payment method that matches the one used for deposits where possible. MGLion Club may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.

Processing times vary by method. MGLion Club aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, but the actual receipt of funds may depend on the processing times of the recipient payment provider. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa accounts are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification has not been completed satisfactorily.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.
• The account is under review due to suspected irregular activity.
• The requested withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold for the selected method.
• There is a mismatch between the account holder details and the receiving payment method.

MGLion Club reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal amounts or where the source of deposited funds is unclear. This is a standard security and anti-fraud measure.

MGLion Club offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point of offer. General bonus rules that apply across all MGLion Club promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. One bonus offer per household or IP address applies unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contributions may differ. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• MGLion Club reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers already activated and in progress will generally be honoured subject to standard terms.

If a player attempts to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, stake manipulation, or coordinated multi-account activity, MGLion Club reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings and close the account. Responsible use of promotional offers is expected from all players.

All bets placed on MGLion Club are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, football and esports — operate under rules that govern how results are settled, what happens in the event of a postponed or abandoned match, and how in-play bets are handled when a market is suspended.

For cricket and PSL betting, the following general principles apply:

• Match winner markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.
• In the event of a match being abandoned without a result, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless a Duckworth-Lewis method result has been declared, in which case that stands as the official result.
• In-play bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event (e.g., a wicket already fallen before the bet was processed) may be voided at MGLion Club's discretion.
• Player proposition bets require the named player to participate in the match for bets to stand. If a player is substituted or does not bat/bowl, bets on that player may be voided.

Casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of each spin, hand or round is independent of all previous results. MGLion Club does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available on request.

Live casino games are governed by the specific rules applicable to each table variant. Bet limits at each table are displayed before you sit down and are denominated in PKR. MGLion Club is not responsible for technical issues on the player's end — such as a disconnected internet connection — that affect the completion of a live casino round already in progress.

MGLion Club reserves the right to void any bet where it is clear that a technical error, pricing error or data feed malfunction resulted in incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MGLion Club and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity, age or contact information at any stage.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes or coordinated betting with other accounts to exploit markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or miscalculated odds to extract value in a way that is clearly unintended by the platform.
• Using the platform to process, launder or obscure funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Sharing account access or allowing a third party to operate your account, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards MGLion Club support staff or other platform users.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion measures or account limits you have set or that have been applied to your account.

MGLion Club employs monitoring systems to detect irregular account activity. Where a pattern of prohibited conduct is detected, the platform may act without prior warning to protect the integrity of the platform and other players.

MGLion Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, irregular betting patterns or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will typically be notified via the contact details on your account. During a suspension, you may not place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved. MGLion Club aims to resolve account investigations as quickly as possible.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not connected to prohibited activity will generally be returned to the account holder through the original payment method after investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — either temporarily or permanently — can do so by contacting support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

MGLion Club is designed for adults who use the platform as a form of entertainment. Gambling should never be used as a way to generate income, recover financial losses or cope with personal stress. If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts causing concern — whether financial, emotional or social — that is a signal to take a break.

MGLion Club provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is operational and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages or unexpected technical issues may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, MGLion Club will not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to place a bet or play a casino game.
• Technical issues on the player's side, including internet disconnections during a live game or bet placement.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

MGLion Club may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practical, notify registered users via the contact details on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published means you accept the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
